Uttar Pradesh has launched an innovative initiative to enhance public health service management with the introduction of the eKavach app. This CPHC (Comprehensive Primary Health Care) application, rolled out by the National Health Mission (NHM) of Uttar Pradesh, is specifically designed for frontline health workers such as ASHA workers, ANM, ASHA Sangini, and Community Health Officers (CHOs). The app leverages Argusoft's Open Source and DPG Certified platform, MEDPlat, to provide a robust framework for health service delivery.

eKavach streamlines various health services through its comprehensive features, including complete workflow management and referral systems for Family Folder, Reproductive, Maternal, Child, and Adolescent Health (RMCH+), Non-Communicable Diseases (NCD), Nutrition, and other essential health services. This integration ensures that health workers can efficiently manage and monitor health data, facilitating better healthcare outcomes across the state.
