A free, versatile SVG painting app.

SVG (Scalable Vector Graphics), a W3C standard, uses vector graphics—unlike bitmap images, it's not pixel-based. Instead, SVG uses shapes and their descriptions. Its key advantage? Scaling up doesn't lose detail.

PainterSVG is an SVG image editor offering these features:

• Create and edit basic shapes (lines, circles, rectangles).
• Create and edit paths, including straight lines, cubic and quadratic curves. Easily adjust path points and control points.
• Intuitive stroke and fill definition for all shapes and paths.
• Support for single color, linear gradient, and radial gradient fills.
• Simple selection, deselection, movement, resizing, and rotation of elements.
• Easy zoom functionality.
• Grouping and ungrouping of elements.
• Import and export of SVG files.
• Export to PNG (transparent background) or JPG (white background).
